Understand from the example
For example, if the interest rate is 8.65% and the initial balance is Rs. 1,12,345 and Rs. 25,000 from PF, the calculation will be like this. If the opening balance is Rs. 1,12,345, then the total monthly balance would be Rs. 11,04,740. Interest will be 1104740 x (8.65 / 1200) =, 7,963. This the year ending balance + contribution - withdrawal + interest will be Rs 1,12,345 + 00 1200 - 25000 + Rs 7963 = Rs. 96,508
