Facilities will be available in the IT sector- Many facilities will be available in the IT sector as per the home draft work of the Ministry of Labor. The draft also allows IT employees to get a waiver of working hours. According to the Ministry of Labor, for the first time, a separate model has been prepared as per the requirement of the service sector.

The new draft also provides for rail travel for all workers. Previously this facility was only for mining sector workers. At the same time, the new draft also provides for disciplinary action.

The Ministry of Labor has asked for suggestions from the general public on the new Industrial Relations Code. If you want to send your suggestions, you can send it to the Ministry of Labor within 30 days. At the same time, the Ministry of Labor is expected to implement the law in April.
