Considering the increasing case of Corona, you need to take care of eating & drinking as well as frequent hand washing, wearing masks & social distance. Good nutrition & hydration in this season strengthens the immune system which protects against the risk of serious illness & infection. Which is what the WHO has said about what to eat & what not to eat.

Include a variety of fresh fruits & unprocessed foods 
To avoid corona, you should include a variety of fresh fruits & unprocessed foods in your diet so that you get the vitamins, minerals, fiber, protein & antioxidants you need. Pretty much all fruits like fruits vegetables, lentils like beans, nuts & unprocessed corn, millet, oats, wheat, brown rice. eat root vegetables including potatoes, sweet potatoes & arabica, as well as meat, fish eggs and milk.

Do not overcook the vegetables 
Eat at least 2 cups of fruit, 2.5 cups of vegetables, 180 gram of grains & 160 grams of meat every day, eat red meat 1-2 times a week & chicken 2-3 times a week. Eat raw vegetables and fresh fruits in the evening when you feel mild hunger. Do not overcook the vegetables. Do not eat salt or sugar in canned fruits & vegetables.

Keeps an eye on the water
Water is very important in the board. Which controls body temperature & flushes out toxins. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water. Also drink fruit-vegetable juice & lemon. Cut back on soft drinks, cold drinks, soda & coffee.

Unsaturated fasts
Eat unsaturated fasts, avocados, nuts, olive oil, soy, canola, sunflower & corn oil instead of saturated fasts made from fatty fish, butter, coconut, oil cream, cheese & ghee. Do not eat processed meat at all. Avoid eating out. eat at home. Avoid sugar, fat & salt. eat only 1 teaspoon of salt throughout the day. Avoid junk food, fast food, fried food, frozen food.
